1. Who we are

DealGO.LK is an online store serving Sri Lanka. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You must give accurate details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You must be at least 18, or use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to cheat, abuse or harm others.

3. Products and prices

Each listing shows its condition (new, refurbished or used), price in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and available stock. We try to keep listings accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a price or description is wrong we may correct it or cancel the affected order before it ships.

4. Orders and cash on delivery

Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. No card or online payment is taken at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when our team confirms the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when stock is unavailable, the address cannot be served or we cannot reach you on the phone number you gave.

You agree to be reachable on the phone number you provide and to accept and pay for confirmed orders. Repeatedly refusing delivery may lead to restrictions on your account.

5. Cancellations, delivery and returns

You can cancel an order from Your orders while it is pending. Once we confirm it, it can no longer be cancelled from your account. Delivery and return details are in our Delivery and Returns page.

6. Dealer program

Approved dealers earn a commission on orders placed through their share links that are delivered and paid. The commission rate shown on a product when the order is placed applies to that order.

• Applications need accurate identity (NIC) and bank details, and the bank account must be in your own name.
• No commission is earned on cancelled, declined, returned or unpaid orders, or on orders you place for yourself.
• Commission can be withheld or reversed, and dealer status removed, if details are false or if links are used for spam, misleading claims or fraud.
• Payouts go to your verified bank account on request, subject to your wallet balance. Any taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post false, illegal, infringing or misleading content;
• scrape, overload, probe or attempt to break into the site;
• place fake orders, or manipulate views, clicks or commissions;
• impersonate another person or misuse other users’ data.

8. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, such as a profile or a product post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display them on the site and in our sharing images, only to run and promote the service.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its design, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the price of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Last updated 29 October 2026.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over disputes.
